Buddhist cohousing. Overview veloped as a Buddhist temple and habitat refuge. It is being developed with TOWN as part of the wider Northstowe development in Cambridgeshire. Part of Suvana Cohousing's vision is to create a multi-generational community, and also to provide some housing for Triratna retirees. Suvana is open to anyone who wants to live by Buddhist values and the principles laid out in our Vision Statement, whether labelling themselves Buddhist or not. It is not a retreat center, monastery, or spiritual business, but a full-time home for lay practitioners who want their ordinary lives to be explicitly oriented around practice. How can we shift our daily lives and circumstances in a way that supports a vibrant spiritual practice as much as possible? There is no one size fits all model.
